SHIPPING

Canada Post will be used for shipping purposes across Canada.  Postal box addresses will not be considered admissible shipping addresses.

At a minimum, our non-refundable shipping costs, within the province of Quebec, are set at $9.99 for purchases under $100 (before taxes are applied).  Large and oddly-shaped articles may not qualify for shipping to certain areas and, if this is the case, we will inform you of the complication.  Your orders will be shipped to the address you that provide us.  Orders should be received within 5 to 10 business days.  There could be additional fees for large items or to addresses in remote areas.

Your order will be delivered once your method of payment is approved and if the product is available.

Please be advised that business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Sales taxes that are applied will depend on the province or territory where the orders are shipped.

FREE SHIPPING

All orders exceeding $100 (before taxes are applied) that are shipped within Canada will be shipped free of charge. This offer may not be applicable in remote areas or outside of the country. This offer may not apply to very large items or awkwardly-shaped items which may pose shipping problems.

We reserve the right to amend or change our shipping policy at any time.

IN-STORE PICK UP

It is possible for you to order on line and then visit our store to pick up your items. Your package will be prepared that very day for you and, of course, without further cost to you.

All orders are treated expediently each day, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
